It has all basic fields as well as comments field if you would like to add some notes for the particular visitor, so you can follow up at the later stage.

You will be able to customize the form appearance by changing the logo of the form.

You dont need anymore to collect business cards and you can ask designated person to collect all data directly into the device.

It doesnt require any internet connection while you are collecting the data and it will require one only when you are sending the collected data. You will be able to open CSV file in Excel or Numbers.
